“Love is the Doctrine of This Church”: These words of Universalist Rev. L. Griswold Williams adorn many a UU fellowship and order of service. What does it mean to hold love as a central doctrine of our faith? Candidate for ministry Holly Lux-Sullivan explores how we build a diverse community of faith.
Holly Anne Lux-Sullivan is the intern minister at the Eno River UU Fellowship in Durham. She and her husband live in Mebane with their grouchy cat and rescued greyhound. She loves to garden, talk compost, and plan her next Halloween costume (no matter what time of year it is).
